This system is a comprehensive and includes both services to passengers, their baggage and aircraft handling. Execution of these standards is continuously monitored. Dedicated auditors perform measurement and control of knowledge of procedures and present a monthly results. The conclusions are discussed on the Review of Management and then introduced the necessary changes.
